The Last Week Or So
well, i thought it was aboout time i gave you a decent update as to what life has been for me the last couple of weeks or so...there hasnt really been too many fireworks i just like this photo that i took of part of the china display in the vancouver celebration of light this summer!
the weeks just seem to be passing by way too quickly for my liking. i mean, come on, we are only 2 weeks away from november!
ok, one thing that really threw me this week was seeing an advert for "The Devil Wears Prada" on tv the other day. i thought it was going to say when the dvd would be out but no, it is coming to cinemas everywhere soon!!!! i watched it the beginning of july in vancouver! i would totally watch it again though so im excited!
work has been keeping me nice and busy. it is definately still tiring but i am enjoying it more and the residents are still fab. i constantly have songs from world war 2 in my head as that is quite often what is on the cd player!! the residents might not remember what day it is but alot of them sure do know every word to those songs!!
kirsty (right) who was on this last china trip that i led, has moved to liverpool for a couple of months before going back to the US which i am very excited about! we spent the day together yesterday and then she came to the vision (18 - 30's) group at my church. i had a great day and it was so nice to reminice about things and catch up on whats new. it made us miss the rest of our team loads though!!i think thats about it for now!

oh Rachie! i miss you too! Kirsty and i talked after you spent the day with her, and we just kinda loved on each other. it was good times. but anyways. glad to hear you're doing so well. i'm super happy for you! i'm not sure if you know where to find me, but i'm at www.myengedi.blogspot.com if you ever want to check me out! ;). miss and love you tons!
