X-Scape
well, seenas im not in vancouver and i cant just go up grouse mountain whenever i want, my mum and i went to an indoor snow dome!
its not grouse but at least i got to snowboard for 2 hours!!
it was fantastic. of course i fell at the top of the lift a couple of times but hey, why change the habit of a lifetime!!
the lift though was no chair lift that you can sit back and relax in, it was a button lift, like in the picture, and they are not so easy to relax on!!!!
it was a really fun day though...i really enjoyed spending the day with my mum!
tim is open to the idea of learning either snowboarding or skiing so thats great too!!!

I have never heard of a button lift... are you sitting on like a little seat or something? I don't get it.. glad you got a little snow action! wish you were here as usual.
hey you know what... a couple of weeks ago Joe and I went Ice skating in SPAIN! except, it wasnt ice we were skating on... it was plistic that felt a lot like ice when you skated on it.
Go for it Europe.... embrace the sports of those countries much much colder than you!
um I think you picked up some scottish spelling skills on your trip here....x-scape? wa ha ha ha,
