Birthday Post
well, saturday was the 27th january and the day i turned 24! i seriously dont know where the years have gone.
i spent a large part of the day with my mum in town eating lunch, shopping, drinking coffee etc. it was so nice seenas ive been away for my last 5 birthdays!
tim cooked me a lovely meal in the evening and then a bunch of friends came round and we had a bit of a party! i think kirsty and i got home about 2.30am! it was so fun.
it was a seriously good birthday. i will post some photos as soon as tim gives me a cd with them on!!!
yesterday tim and i went over to my dad and lesleys and we had a birthday meal with them which was lovely. so really its been a birthday weekend.
i am so blessed to have such a great family and friends!

Finally An Update
its been a while i know but finally here is an update of my last few weeks!!
london...
i had a womderful trip down to london to visit my good friends henri and ralph. henri is now back in vancouver but ralph has moved back for however long hes here.
it was fantastic to see them...we ate lunch and had a beer, visited big ben, houses of parliment and indeed buckingham palace. the queen was home but unfortunately we didnt have time to pop in for tea!!heres a few pics...

i had a lo
vely christmas. tim and i went to my dad and lesleys on christmas eve which was really fun. we ate lots of yummy food and watched "over the hedge" (pretty funny!). it was great to see the kids so excited and especially 3 year old harvey looking up the chimmy saying "father christmas might come down here.." super cute!!
christmas day was fab as always. i went to church in the morning. tim came round for a while after and we swapped pressies...oh my goodness is all i have to say, i am the luckiest person ever!!! then my mum and i went to my aunties with the rest of the family for christmas dinner and evening entertainment...this year that consisted of the "now thats what i call music dvd quiz" and the brain tester game on the nintendo ds lite!!! it was a really fun day!
i was working boxing day but it was fine. fairly laid back with lots of chocolates going round!

i cannot believe it is the 2nd of january already!
looking back over 2006 is very exciting as so many fun memories were made but also sad because lots of goodbyes were said. overall though i can look back and say that it was a good year and here's to a great 2007!
