Back In Vancouver And Sad Goodbyes
well, my team and i arrived back in vancouver just under a week ago and they are all now either home or on their way to going home.we had a good final few days together in vancouver and a fun graduation dinner on thursday. it was my first experience of the brazilian all you can eat meat place and it didnt disappoint!!! MEAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
friday morning was the time we were all dreading and when it came around it was just as bad as i thought it would be...it was time for all of us to say goodbye!
my heart is sad. i miss my girls so much it hurts! it was an incredible priviledge to lead their outreach and i would do it all over again if it meant i could have them with me again....weird i know!!!
im enjoying being back in vancouver though and seeing friends i havent seen for 2 months. im excited about hanging out with them more as i now begin to somehow prepare myself for leaving vancouver and the countless more goodbyes i have to go through!
im going to go now before i get too emotional!!!
oh yeah...incase you didnt guess, the photo is of our team in china!!! the empty chair is stuarts coz he's taking the photo!!!! i'll have more photos on here soon!
