things have been really busy actually, trying to get the major things booked for our wedding. i cant believe its only just over a year till i will be married. well, the church is booked, reception is booked aswell as the cars and the photographer!!! i didnt realise how quickly things like that get taken. our reception venue has bookings for 2010!!! its an exciting time though and i am loving planning it all!i would actually like to say a big thank you to all my friends who have got married in the last few years, i have learnt lots!! im not actually sure what are english traditions (other than the obvious hats) and what are north american traditions so i have a feeling its going to be a bit of both!!!
my church had a flower festival a couple of weeks ago which was really fun. it was to celebrate the 50th anniversary of john lennon meeting paul mcartney in the church hall so the theme of the flower show was beatles songs! i definately enjoyed the tea and strawberry cream scones afterwards!!
i have also now been let lose on the hospital wards for the last couple of weeks which i am really enjoying. it is hard work but i am learning so much and loving it!i am almost half way through this one and then i have 2 weeks holiday...yay!
tim and i are going to prauge at the beginning of august and i cant wait! i have never been to the czech republic so i am really excited!
i think that is about all my news for now. i wish i could have been in canada yesterday to celebrate canada day. i have lots of good memories of that holiday!!
